Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange any items within 30 days from the date of receipt. The items must be in unworn, unused, and resalable condition with the original tags, packaging, and any included accessories.

Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

How to Return or Exchange an Item by Mail

– Initiate a Return or Exchange: To start the return or exchange process, please contact our customer service team at support@sneakersstreet.co.uk

– Download and Print the Pre-paid Return Shipping Label: After you initiate the return, we will send you a link to download your pre-paid return shipping label. Simply click the link and print the label at home. If you don’t have access to a printer, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you with an alternative solution.

– Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included and that the product is securely wrapped to prevent damage during shipping.

– Affix the Return Label: Attach the printed return shipping label securely to the outside of the package. Make sure it is clearly visible and not obstructed.

– Return the Item by Mail: Take the package to your nearest post office or designated courier location. Keep the tracking number for your records and ensure the package is sent using the return service.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed. No restocking fee will be applied.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, style, or colour, follow the steps above to initiate a return. Once we receive and process the return, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Please note: Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the return. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative solution.

Non-Refundable or Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

– Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

– Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@sneakersstreet.co.uk with pictures of the issue. We will provide you with a full refund or replacement free of charge, including any necessary return shipping costs.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
